Imagine Housing provides resources for residents seeking help. Please note, we do not provide rental assistance or other resources to the general public. We are only able to provide resources to Imagine Housing residents.
What Does Property Management Do?
Your Indigo Property Managers help with:
- Rent
- Lease recertification
- Questions about lease agreements
- Maintenance requests
- Other property specific issues or questions
What Does Case Management Do?
Case Managers at Imagine Housing properties provide:
- Individualized support
- Resource referrals to community health and social services, education, and employment partners
- Basic needs supplies
- Help with completing paperwork
- Community events
- If residents are not understanding property management, they can seek case management for support in understanding their lease
How to Request Help from Indigo Property Management
