Meet Lyn
Lyn is a grandmother and a resident at our Athene community, one of three Imagine Housing apartment communities specifically for seniors. Before moving to Athene, Lyn felt unsafe in her small basement apartment that the landlord refused to heat.
Now she lives in a permanent, safe apartment and is surrounded by other seniors just like her. She lives just a mile and a half from her daughter and gets to take her granddaughter to softball and soccer practice. Community dinners, chair yoga, and spending time with nearby family are just a few of the activities Lyn is now able to enjoy.
I thank God every day. I’m in a safe place. I love my apartment. I really love my apartment.
