In-Kind Donations

We have a variety of in-kind needs, from hot meals to basic needs and items to make residents’ new apartments feel more like home. 

We are always in need of fresh, healthy food, and we are currently seeking volunteers to prepare and donate community dinners for our residents. We providing over 3,000 healthy and balanced meals per year for the families who call our apartments home. We keep basic needs items on hand for residents during times of need. Access to these items helps our residents maintain their health, dignity, and confidence when they can’t afford basic needs items.

We accept the following new/unused Basic Needs Items:

  • Adult Diapers
  • Bar Soap
  • Body Wash
  • Deodorant
  • Dishwasher Detergent Pods
  • Feminine Hygiene products
  • Laundry Detergent
  • Bleach
  • Dryer Sheets
  • Toothbrushes & Toothpaste
  • Paper Towels
  • Toilet Paper
  • Diabetic Socks
  • First aid items
  • Hand Soap
  • Razor Packs
  • Shampoo & Conditioner
  • Shaving Cream
  • Grocery store gift cards

We always have a need for gift cards from grocery stores and home goods stores, for example: Fred Meyer, Safeway, Target, Ross.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept donations of used furniture or household items. If you have used household items you are looking to donate, please visit our partners at Eastside Community Aid Thrift Shop or St. Vincent de Paul. If you have used children’s or baby items, please visit our partners at Eastside Baby Corner.
