In Kind Donations

Help us Keep our Basic Needs Closets Stocked

We have a variety of in-kind needs, especially basic needs and items to make residents’ new apartments feel more like home.  We keep basic needs items on hand for residents during times of need. Access to these items helps our residents maintain their health, dignity, and confidence when they can’t afford basic needs items.

Please note: Amazon has discontinued their Amazno Smile wishlist program.

Before you consider hosting a donation drive or making an in-kind donation, please email us at donations@imaginehousing.org to confirm we have a current need.

The kinds of basic needs items we stock in our closets are:

  • Cleaning Spray
  • Cleaning Wipes
  • Toilet Cleaner
  • Dish Soap
  • Adult Diapers
  • Bar Soap
  • Body Wash
  • Deodorant
  • Dishwasher Detergent Pods
  • Feminine Hygiene products
  • Laundry Detergent
  • Bleach
  • Dryer Sheets
  • Toothbrushes & Toothpaste
  • Paper Towels
  • Toilet Paper
  • Diabetic Socks
  • First aid items
  • Hand Soap
  • Razor Packs
  • Shampoo & Conditioner
  • Shaving Cream

We always have a need for gift cards from grocery stores and home goods stores, for example: Fred Meyer, Safeway, Target, Ross.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept donations of used furniture or household items. If you have used household items you are looking to donate, please visit our partners at Eastside Community Aid Thrift Shop or St. Vincent de Paul. If you have used children’s or baby items, please visit our partners at KidVantage.

If you have any questions about in-kind donations, please contact Aubrey White at aubreyw@imaginehousing.org.

If you would like to provide regular meal donations, please visit our volunteer page and fill out a volunteer interest form, and a staff person will be in touch soon!

Thank you for your support!
