What we can do
  • Help residents with basic needs supplies, such as hygiene and cleaning supplies
  • Connect residents to community health and social services, education, healthcare, and employment partners
  • Provide information about and referrals for community resources
  • Assist residents with completing Imagine Housing and non-Imagine Housing paperwork
  • Foster connections between residents through community events
  • Facilitate questions and support with lease agreements

You can find contact information for Community Director by scrolling up and clicking on your community above.

Case Managers are not able to provide personal care services, run errands, transport residents in their own vehicles, or handle residents’ finances. Case Managers are not first responders. In an emergency, please call 911.

With rent, lease, recertification, maintenance, or other property management issues:
  • First, reach out to your Community Director by phone or email.
  • You can also reach out to the Portfolio Community Director by phone or email.
  • You can use RENTCafe to submit a work order. Contact your Community Manager if you have any trouble accessing RENTCafe.

If you do not know the contact information for your case manager, please reach out to the Imagine Housing Resident Hotline at 425-576-9340 or residenthotline@imaginehousing.org.
