Executive Changes in the New Year

As we put 2020 behind us, we will also say goodbye to our CEO, Villette Nolon, and welcome Sean Heron as our Interim CEO starting on January 1, 2021.

Villette served on our Board of Directors for almost 3 years before assuming the role of CEO in November 2016. During her four-year tenure, we added two new properties with a third under construction and instituted a variety of new services for residents. She will seek new opportunities to support the community later in 2021. We will miss her, but also want to welcome Sean to our family.

Starting with us on January 1, 2021, Sean Heron has over twenty years’ experience in affordable housing and supportive services. He has worked in various executive roles at King County Housing Authority and Plymouth Housing and has served as Board Chair of Mercy Housing Northwest.

We are excited to work with him in 2021!
