Bellevue is cutting a $12 million check to help turn part of St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church’s property into a 100 unit affordable family housing complex, pushing a long discussed idea into the real world of funding, permitting and design meetings.

If you have a Donor-Advised Fund, you can activate a charitable grant to be distributed directly from your fund administrator to Imagine Housing.
Please note: donors cannot receive any benefit for making a qualified distribution to a charity. For example, a QCD or DAF cannot be used to purchase something in a charity auction or purchase.
We keep basic needs items on hand for residents during times of need. Access to these items helps our residents maintain their health, dignity, and confidence when they can’t afford basic needs items.
