Imagine Housing communities are home to over 1,400 people whose income is below 60% of the area median income.
Imagine Housing residents include families, veterans, single parents, youth and adults who have experienced homelessness, survivors of domestic violence, and people on a fixed income due to age, health, or disability.
Opening Doors and Opportunities
With a diverse team of skilled professionals, we deliver individualized support that meets every person where they are.
We connect our residents to resources for employment, healthcare, education, substance abuse or mental health counseling, legal assistance and help with basic needs such as food and clothing.
We build a sense of community at each of our properties through the events our Case Managers tailor to community needs, such as community meals, parties, and classes.
In an area defined by the tech industry, high-performing schools and sought-after neighborhoods, parks and transit, we create communities where families can put down roots, where kids can be kids, and where a senior can age in place.
