“When I first moved in, I didn’t know that there was assistance. But soon I was told there was help with basic supplies. I needed a stroller, and other things [for my son] – I was starting from zero. It’s such a blessing. Clothes, educational toys, books… I needed it really fast, and the Resident Support staff came through for me. After that I felt like there’s nothing that can stop me.”

Housing affects everyone

64% of older adult renters in urban East King County are moderately or severely rent burdened.

An estimated 1,000 youth and young adults are homeless on any given night in King County, and the number of homeless students counted by school districts rises 13% yearly.

An individual earning minimum wage ($15/hr) would need to work at least 100 hours a week to afford a two- bedroom apartment on the Eastside.

By 2025 an estimated program partners 53,793 seniors in King County will be living in poverty.

We build affordable apartment homes and create

communities where residents can thrive.
