Villette Nolon, Executive Director

Villette leads the staff and Imagine Housing’s Board of Directors to set Imagine Housing’s vision and execute our plans to bring high quality affordable housing with the best supportive services possible to our community. Villette comes to this role as a former Imagine Housing Board member and after serving as Interim Executive Director for several months. She is a dynamic executive with over 30  years’ experience leading fast growth high tech companies. Her past roles have included CEO, VP Sales & Marketing and VP Strategic Partnerships. Since 2000, she has served on the boards of PONCHO, Washington Technology Industry Association, and the Global MIT Enterprise Forum. She’s lived in Bellevue for over 23 years with her husband, two grown children and five active grandchildren.

Sue is responsible for preparing and overseeing Imagine Housing’s annual budget, managing the organization’s financial assets, managing all financial functions — including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax and treasury — and designing and coordinating a variety of accounting and statistical data reports. She also directs the work of others to plan, establish and maintain the business organization of Imagine Housing to efficiently carry out its mission.

With the organization since 2001, Sue has built more than a decade of experience in nonprofit financial and asset management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Clemson University.



Marsha provides leadership, creates overall strategies, and manages implementation of fundraising initiatives designed to build long-term financial stability for Imagine Housing. She is responsible for annual, major, and planned gifts; annual fundraising events; special fundraising campaigns; foundation and corporate grants; and other outreach programs.

As Director of Supportive Services, Derek leads a team that supports Imagine Housing residents by providing resources, advocacy and activities.

Derek comes to Imagine Housing with over 15 years of Human Service experience. This includes providing support to children, adults, and seniors in areas such temporary and permanent housing, employment services, emergency food, and emergency rental support. He’s earned a Bachelor’s in English and Textual Studies with a minor in Education, as well as a Master’s Degree in Social Work, both from Syracuse University.

There is a great sense of collaboration and joy in our office and with our Board of Directors. The work that we do can be extremely challenging since there is always such a great need for affordable housing but the resources are always so limited. It is a pleasure to work with people that not only share a vision but also know how to make it fun and engaging.” SIBYL GLASBY, DIRECTOR OF HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

As Director of Housing Development for Imagine Housing and Red Vines 1, Sibyl identifies, secures financing for, structures and manages all new housing development projects for Imagine Housing and Red Vines 1. At present, Sibyl is working on the development of hundreds of new affordable housing units.

Joining the Imagine Housing team in 2013, Sibyl has over 20 years of experience with market-rate and nonprofit affordable housing. She previously worked at both Mercy Housing and the Seattle Housing Authority, leading mixed finance closings and redevelopment planning. Sibyl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

 David Shuster, DIRECTOR OF Social Impact Investing

As Director of Social Impact Investing, David establishes and maintains relationships and secures financial support from businesses, high net worth individuals, community leaders, and foundations who are prospective partners and investors in Imagine Housing’s mission.

For the last 15 years, David has worked in major gifts fundraising as well as the wealth management industry where he was tasked with building long term client relationships, securing large donations and managing the investment assets of high net worth clients.
