Imagine Housing invites the support of corporations, businesses and other for-profit organizations to enhance and improve our housing projects, services and self-sufficiency programs through the establishment of collaborative partnerships.

These relationships provide critical resources to advance our mission and create public-private partnerships for major initiatives that would be impossible without sponsorship support. Through volunteer opportunities, leadership roles, in-kind support and financial contributions, your business can help Imagine Housing build community and transform lives.

There are several ways that business can partner with us:

  • Group volunteer projects: Imagine Housing hosts periodic group projects, which provide businesses with a positive setting for team development. Learn more about volunteer opportunities .
  • Individual leadership: Imagine Housing regularly seeks members of the business community to serve on our committees or on our Board of Directors. Getting involved in a leadership role with Imagine Housing allows you to dedicate your skills to a great community cause and allows us to share our share our mission and impact with you and your employees. Committees include Supportive Services, Fund Development, Finance, Asset Management, Housing Development and Advocacy.   • Corporate giving or sponsorship: We offer four levels of corporate giving to our business partners:

Organizational Partner: ($50,000 – $25,000)

At the level of Organizational Partner, your company demonstrates an outstanding commitment not just to Imagine Housing but to the mission we are addressing: Empowering individuals and families and strengthening communities through the development of affordable housing and supportive services.

Overview of Impact:

  • Increases Imagine Housing’s visibility in the community through association with your strong brand;
  • Supports special projects and programs outside of the typical opportunities that most companies sponsor; and
  • Facilitates Imagine Housing’s ability to respond to immediate or specially identified needs within the community.

Overview of Benefits:

  • Recognition benefits at the premier level in our outreach materials, website and other publications (such as our Annual Report) in which our corporate supporters are included;
  • Recognition through numerous special blog publications over the year;
  • Inclusion as a special guest at a semiannual meeting of our Advisory Council;
  • Recognition at our annual special events; and
  • A special advertisement in the Puget Sound Business Journal geared to your company and illustrating the impact of your gift.

Fall Campaign Lead Gift: ($25,000)

As a Fall Campaign Lead Gift Sponsor, your company is highlighted in a once-a-year fundraising campaign that is promoted across our community in numerous high-visibility venues. As the sole sponsor of this Campaign, your company enjoys exclusive recognition within all of our promotional activities.

Overview of Impact:

  • Positively associates Imagine Housing with a well-respected community business.
  • Leverages an additional $25,000 from individuals within our community by providing a powerful and highly effective incentive for donors; and
  • Supports our work in providing housing and supportive services for our residents who are most in need.

Overview of Benefits:

  • Featuring your company prominently within our Fall Campaign promotional materials and directly in our appeal package and ensuring your company’s name and image are consistent with your corporate branding in all promotional materials; and
  • Highlighting your company in a recognition advertisement to be placed in the following publications at the end of the Campaign:
    • Puget Sound Business Journal
    • Daily Journal of Commerce
    • KOMO Communities

Investor: ($20,000 – $5,000)

As an Investor, your company demonstrates a commitment to our organization in a specifically focused area. This investment is designed to move forward a program or project that helps accomplish our mission and aligns with your company’s strategic focus.

Overview of Impact:

  • Underwrite one of our programs at a significant level, contributing to the achievement of outcomes that help break the cycle of poverty in the lives of our residents;
  • Support special projects and programs outside of the typical opportunities that most companies sponsor; and
  • Facilitate Imagine Housing’s ability to respond to immediate or specially identified needs within the community.

Overview of Benefits:

  • Recognition as an Investor in our outreach materials, website and other publications (such as our Annual Report) in which our corporate supporters are included;
  • Recognition of your company and the program you support in a special blog published during the year, highlighting how your investment is making a difference in people’s lives;
  • Invitation for company representatives to visit the program on-site, with opportunities to include visuals and a success story for company publicity, as appropriate; and
  • A special advertisement in the Puget Sound Business Journal geared to your company and illustrating the impact your gift has had.

Event Sponsorship:  ($10,000 – $1,000)

Imagine Housing’s Benefit Auction & Dinner is a celebrated community event that takes place each spring. Over 400 leaders from throughout the Puget Sound gather to celebrate service supported housing in East King County. We invite you to partner with us for this event to help us raise over $300,000 in support of Imagine Housing’s work. Sponsorship of Imagine Housing’s Auction & Dinner sends the very intentional message to your customers, associates, vendors and neighbors that you actively engage in a cause that affects our entire community: the creation of housing that low-income families can afford, along with services to help them thrive.

Overview of Impact:

  • Complete underwriting of event costs, ensuring that every dollar raised during the event goes directly to creating more service-supported housing in East King County.

Overview of Benefits:

Sponsorship benefits vary at each level, and at the highest level, $10,000 include:

  • Corporate logo featured throughout the PowerPoint that runs during the dinner and live auction;
  • Verbal recognition by Master of Ceremonies at the event;
  • One table of 10 for you and your guests;
  • Full-page sponsorship advertisement in the auction catalog;
  • With early commitment before February 8, 2013, naming as the “Presenting Sponsor” on invitations;
  • Corporate logo displayed in all of our auction publications, donor newsletter and on auction website; and
  • Prominent night-of signage.
